Are you also one of those unlucky guys with a smaller than average penis?

Lots of guys cannot take showers at the gym or be naked in front of their girlfriends because of feeling embarrassed about having a small penis, therefore also lacking self-confidence. Fortunately, the issue of having a small penis has been discussed by scientific and medical professionals. Penile enlargement is very possible!

The ugly truth about sex and the size of a mans penis is that size does matter. Yes, of course some women would reckon that size doesn't count, but probably more women actually feel that size does matter. Think about it - if you had a bigger penis (8 or 9 inches instead of 4 or 5 inches) you would obviously be able to reach all the delicate and sensitive areas inside a woman's vagina, thus providing her with much more pleasure and a more enjoyable experience. What would a few extra inches mean to you?

Also remember this - almost 50% of men feel that they haven't been endowed as they should have been. Yes, half of men out there are unhappy by the size of their penis. Penile enlargement would be the answer for lots of guys out there.

Penis Pills

The best manner is the one that works for you. The most popular method is natural male penis enlargement sites because these are reasonably priced at below $50 and yield fast results. There is also of course the penis pumps which many men claim have increased their penis size. The new area of the market is penis pills. Most of these are still being tested but they are improving all of the time. The most costly option is of course surgery but if you can take the risk and come up with the money for it this is another option. You can see what worked for me, I added 2.5 inches in length and 2 inches in girth, read my story here.

So will I have a 9 inch penis?
Probably not. The normal man usually gains 1-3 inches with natural enlargement pills. Of course there are still men that gain 3 inches and above but you should not aim this high at first.

More on this later...

Impotence in men as a result of lifestyle pressure

Impotence is one of the main and most serious problems in today's bedroom environment. Once thought to be a condition restricted to older or sickly men, impotence is today a common sight among men in their 30s and 40s. A successful performance record in bed is one of the key elements of assurance in men and potentially vital to psychological well-being. Most men are fixed in their views of what makes a successful man and also in maintaining the appearances at all costs. This is why only a small part of those suffering from impotence seek specialized help. This disinclination to admit one's problems means that some of the lighter cases, which could actually be treated, are never brought before a doctor.

The three main causes of impotence are physical, psychological and lifestyle-related. Most cases are caused by physical and psychological factors, but it is less known that lifestyle choices serve to worsen impotence in certain cases. The use and abuse of substances, such as alcohol, nicotine, heroine, cocaine and steroids, is many times instrumental in aggravating impotence. Next come chubbiness and a "couch potato" lifestyle. A good sex life requires a well nourished and fit body that can stand the effort. Regular exercising should be part of everyday life, while a balanced diet has never hurt anyone.

Patches or devices could also help solve the milder cases of impotence. Products such as ProSolution Pills, Vimax Pills or SizeGenetics are well known for their proven penis enlargement results and have also been successfully used by men suffering from sexual dysfunctions - Penis Enlargement Pill Review. These exceptional products can help men achieve and sustain the erection required for sex. In turn this will generate a positive reinforcement cycle at the psychological level and a change in mindset that could well lead to a winning treatment.
